COLDEN COMMON F.C. ORIGINS
COLDEN COMMON F.C. came to be in the late 19th century, was reconstituted
fifty years ago and has had a sustained period of success
over the past three seasons. In that time, Colden Common F.C.
has won six trophies, all with a squad whose nucleus is made up of players
with close ties to the village. Expansion and a new ground are future aspirations,
at the same time as preserving those community ties,
so important in giving the club its unique character.
